Bahrain
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped locally between one-two working days. Local orders are shipped via a local carrier. All orders must be shipped to a physical address; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
GCC
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped between one-five working days. Orders are shipped via an international carrier and must be shipped to a physical address; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Other countries
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped between five-fifteen working days. Orders are shipped via an international carrier and must be shipped to a physical address; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Return Policy
Wise & Soul accepts returns for unopened packages within thirty (30 days) from the date the order is delivered to you. This means that the original seal in the package must remain intact. This condition does not apply to monogram orders, PR orders or products purchased from retail partners. To arrange a return, email us at wecare@wiseandsoul.com, include your name and order number and specify which product(s) you want to return, providing a reason.
